No problem Really?! Kingdom Hearts? O Geeze I haven't seen any part of this game that's why. the only thing that I had
seen from this game was its most popular wallpapers on computer shops and
internet cafes.

oh are you worried? / . . \ hav yr teeth already erupted from yr gums? they
arent kausing you any pain are they? dont worry the swelling will go down =)
m.i.a. =)
Lols* You're welcome. Nope! They haven't erupted yet. According to my mom,
my gum doesn't have enough space to accommodate them. So if I let them erupt
they'll begin to push against my teeth and damage their current position. At
first she thought it's hurting me in ways but after a while she decided it'll be
better to have them extracted before they cause any damage to other teeth.
Pheewww....I'm alright though. I've never been scared of such stuffs. They only
thing that I cannot bear is to have a swollen face. I won't be able to go out
for few days.
Hey there Thanks for the comment on my thread I
guess, I'm the first to sumbit a post in your guestbook. Cheers
Welcome to Minitokyo. Hope you enjoy your time here
Hi there! You've gotten so many great works in your gallery. They're very
promising, I'm looking forward in seeing more wonderful works from you. And
thank you for adding me. Welcome to MT, hope that you'll have a great time here
in this community. Well, see you around...

Quote by shoujoboyHow exactly can you
rate the art section much higher? I gave it a '9', so much higher isn't even
possible. There are a few things in your comment that makes me scratch my head
as I really don't know what you are getting at or where you drew your
conclusions from.
Eeeeh~ I mistook the ratings! I am deeply sorry! My bad...my bad...While
I was scrolling the page I mistook the "Story & Characters" rating
for the Art
My comment was a reply to MapleRose's post. She had asked about fight and action
scenes. I was not jumping into conclusions but merely expressing my opinion
about this anime.
Which part you did not understand?

I wasn't quite sure if you were referring to the review or MapleRose's comments.
It seemed only your last line was directed at her. I read my review a few times
after that wondering what the hell was going on.
Heheh...I'm glad things are clear now
Well then...

Quote by tazusa465In the last episode
Kai was carrying Saya to where it all started...
Yes, he was carrying her to their family tomb. It was Saya's demand 'cause when
she woke up at the beginning of the series she came out of that tomb. That was
the place where her adoptive father, George Miyagusuku, used to keep her cocoon
hidden. But it doesn't mean that she's dead. She'll be sleeping there until her
hibernation is through and she wakes up again.
Saya was sad mainly because she was not going to see her family and dear ones
for another 30 years. (I would feel the same if I were in her shoes. )
Read Here.
It will give you all information you need about Blood+ Characters. And also
bellow which is part of Saya's character discription.
Spoiler:
Shortly
after her return to Okinawa, Saya goes into her 30 year hibernation period, and
Kai along with Diva's children watch over her as she sleeps in the Miyagusuku
family grave. Haji had also visited, leaving a fresh pink rose with a ribbon at
the grave.
This post is regarding what you send on Blood+ guestbook earlier. Saya did not
die in the end. I don't know what made you think that way. But she definitely
did not die. If paid attention to what was mentioned throughout the series,
specially by characters themselves (I remember Kai, Mao, and Saya clearly) that
Say's Hibernation was nearing. It was also pointed as one important reason that
she selpt more often near the end and lost energy so quickly in battles (aside
her refusal to drink Blood). Hope that that could help you. So don't feel bad
about it anymore. Saya
is very much alive and so it Haji.
Quote by Mortiferatrinidad156Hello!
Well, it's been a while, hope you're doing well and enjoying the season!
How are things over there? It's already school break, right? I'd bet you're
having a lot of fun right now. Here it's pretty hectic, lots of things to do for
the New Year( and a lot of things done for the Nochebuena and the yearly family
reunion...or you could say, "clan" reunion, since it fits better...XD
), at least everyone's here and Pa's not so stressed with work. Missed my bro
and sis alot, so we're pretty much making up for it right now...nothing's really
changed though, I still beat him in scrabble and card games haha !
And...ummm, Barca is neck and neck with RM right now...I still don't know who
I'd want to win ...
My cousins are here too...they've grown a lot since they last came over, next
year they'll be starting primaria...oh well, time sure is quick, I still think
of them as babies, now if I carry one of them for too long, my back aches ...still
adorable as ever though, it's easy to forget that they're making a mess in the
living room right now, playing with their gifts( a lot were from us and my
grandparents ). Pa said I was as uncontrollable when I was little...haha, can't
argue with that, since I don't remember much, so I can't think of any comebacks
.
It's kinda funny, you know, to see people who haven't seen each other for a
while reacquainting themselves all over again...like my abuelas, telling each
other that " you have gotten quite old...", lol, actually they both
don't look their age, they look younger...not that they'd actually tell the
other that of course ...as
usual, everyone talks in English or Spanish...no Catalan, or Ma's parents would
barely understand anything, they haven't been to Barcelona that much, unlike Ma
who's pretty much adopted it as her third( lol ) language. You're going home for
the New Year, right? Well, there's nothing like being with loved one during the
holidays, cheers for you!
My brother's fiancee was with him too. Well, they've been, you know...for two
years now, it's never awkward with her around, like she's almost a part of the
family. Although when she speaks German, I don't understand half of it ...haha, she usually asks me and my sis questions about what he likes and all,
sometimes I think of saying wrong stuff, well, I guess it's normal, dunno about
me when I'm already at that age...I'm certainly not going to nag! She got
along with us pretty well, she does have a sense of humor, almost like
mine...sarcastic sometimes. Then again, this is my brother we're talking about,
so everything's unsure lol...he isn't as reliable when it comes to these things,
not that I am, of course. By the way, good luck with finding your "special
someone" lol!
Oh, are there a lot of Christmas traditions in the Philippines since a lot of
people are Catholics? Things like Misa de Gallo, Pessebre or the Caga Tio( my
personal favorite when I was little, or so my Ma tells me...), it's a Catalan
tradition, usually during Christmas Eve, actually Caga Tio starts around the
8th, and ends at the 24th, when the children beat the log ( it's a log with a
smiling face on it lol...Tio means log in Catalan, not uncle, and Caga
means...err, nevermind haha, MT admins might arrest me ) and
throw it into the fire, it's a weird sight, lol...especially to the tourists,
although a lot of them find it hilarious. Then there's the Misa de Gallo at the
Sagrada Familia...it's a mass at midnight( lol ), we usually prepare at about
nine so we can be there at about eleven or ten-thirty, what happens is after
that I can't sleep anymore, so we just take a tour to the Christmas Market(
which would be closing soon, because it's only up until Christmas ), and buy
gifts and souvenirs. It's one of my favorite occasions, aside from the
Nochebuena. I don't know how Protestants celebrate, though ...
Tee hee...well, this ended up as an essay...haha, I guess I'm more talkative
online than in person. Although I'm a much better debater in person lol. Take
care, and hope to talk to you again ...
Una vegada mes, una salutacions cordials a tots, felicios de Nadal, i els
desitja a tots, la salut, la felicitat i la bona sort per a l'any Nou! I no
oblide els regals jaja! Lol, couldn't resist speaking a bit of
Catalan...although MT doesn't allow some characters...grrr... ( See
you later, warm greetings and enjoy the Holidays, wish you good health,
happiness and good fortune for the New Year! And don't forget the gifts!
)
***from Emilia***
Hi there Sorry for delay. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you. It
seems these holidays were really a busy one for you. I wasn't able to go home
during the holidays, I only paid a visit to my aunt's place since her house is
where everybody usually goes first. It was really crowded and busy there though.
I spent the entire night playing PC Games with my cousin I'm beginning to like war games! There were plenty of kids around us too,
worming under tables, chairs, and sofas. Heee... But they rarely approached the
elder cousins. They were busy messing things around and eating sweets My
sister and I stayed there over night and the next day we were off back home. I
had to work on my project and couldn't afford spending time on fun. My sister,
who's taking up biology, also had her experiments waiting for her at home.
But we did had our fun too! We
went shop hunting!
Yup...It was year-end clearance sale -I'm pretty sure you know what I meant -
and there were plenty of stuffs waiting for us in boutiques and department
stores. Well...that was the best part of my holidays! You cannot imagine how
much I spend on shopping
Cloths, shoes, denims, bags...Oh I wish I had more time to buy more stuffs. By
end of the day, My sister and I were dead exhausted. We also went to the movies.
Have you watched "Enchanted"? I'm not much fond of chick-flicks, but
this one really rocked. I was laughing the whole time in the cinema.
It's good to hear that you're getting a long well with your brother's finance. I
like girl's who can adopt and cope with their boyfriend [finance, or husband's]
family well. It needs effort but the outcome is usually good
I'm not much familiar with traditions here. If you wish to know about the
Filipino traditions I advise you to ask our pure Filipino members. They'll be
able to give you better answers. I think Protestants celebrate Christmas &
New Year just like us. Cos regardless of their differences with Catholics,
they're still Christians and believe in pretty much the same things as Catholics
do.
My class started just today. Can you imagine?! It's Jan. 2nd and I have class. I
had a meeting with our adviser. I couldn't get lazy. This is dead serious and
don't wish to take it easy. Next year by this time I'll be a graduating student
with no worries about thesis and projects! Hehe...

it's nothnig^^
thanks dear ^^ and you how are you? your hollidays?
My holidays? Hehe...it wasn't bad but not easy either. I'm having my thesis this
semester, so I had to work on it and worry all the time instead of relaxing and
enjoying the break. It's gonna be a pretty hectic semester for me, full of
stress and work. Right now I'm editing our system report which has to be
submitted after holidays to our adviser for further modifications. I'll be
spending the new year alone with my sister
here...so it won't be a big celebration. A modest and cozy new year...maybe
that's what I need right now

Haha...you got that right about the " conflict " part, you don't know
which side is more "you ".
Hmmm...so people there are more "American", does it mean like Hawaii
or maybe Puerto Rico...those places are pretty much influenced by the Americans,
although I read that Filipinos are mostly Catholics and not Protestants? Is this
true? And are there still a lot of old cathedrals/churches and Spanish artifacts
left? Wahhh...I guess football isn't that big in the Philippines...so, what
sport is popular in there?( curious
Emilia strikes again...well you know what they say about the cat...)
I think your genes are more mixed than mine, actually , but I think it isn't that bad to live in the Middle East, even though, you
know, it's kinda synonymous to "terrorist", if you can believe what
those narrow-minded people in the news are saying. Well, it's not much different
here...the news are rather exaggerated, I mean for some time there were
"terrorist" rumors in Madrid after the "brilliant" decision
to support the war on Iraq by the parliament a few years ago:hmpf:...I remember
my Grandpa( from Pa's side of the family, ) saying that Barcelona(and Catalunya
as a whole) would not be foolish enough to make such a mistake, or something
along those lines. I mean, there are people who view Catalans as being separate
from the Spanish...something I don't fully understand.
Glad to hear you like to travel too...well, I guess Japan really is an
interesting place to go to( and not only because of the Anime ...but it is a big reason )...other Asian countries as well. Since you got me
interested in the Philippines, I'll add it to my mental "to-visit"list
,
although I seem to come across a lot of Filipinos here in MT...maybe because
you're near to Japan?
A fan of RM! Yaaay! Well a lot of players there are quite
"good-looking", according to my sis , I
suppose I'll begin to see it that way in a few years? And
thanks for the reassuring words...I mean it's not everyday I come across someone
who's very family-oriented as well, thanks again . Oh,
and I do love my brother. A lot. He mostly makes fun of me as a pastime though
haha...anyway, at least we'll be complete for Christmas. What about you? Do you
plan a "get-together" for the holidays or something?
Anyway, I found a word during English class that fits me. Precocious( spelling?
)...that's me. And about Friendster? Err...not really familiar with it...is it like an online
community like MT? Hey, talk to you again soon...take care always(hugs )...and could you PM me your real name?
Yup! Philippine is very much like Hawaii & Puerto Rico, in fact at some
point in the history of the Philippines, Americans even suggested to have this
country as one of their states, which of course Filipinos refused. Majority of
Filipinos are Catholic, a very zealous type to be more correct. I really don't
agree with many social norms here in the Philippines, one of them is being
religious. I don't know about your personal beliefs so I won't make any
judgments or insist on this issue. One thing's for sure though, I don't like to
be restricted with some ancient beliefs. (That's what I always tell myself.
That's it's the the twenty first century and I have a brain in my skull that
works properly, so I can think and seek
my answers. (!))
I don't know how familiar you are with the history of the Philippines (I guess
as much as its connected to Spanish history) but after Philippines independence,
Filipinos went under Japanese rule for sometime during WW2. So I cannot say that
they have much influence on the Philippines. But one things for sure Japanese
deserve a lot of compliments and admiration for their persistences and hardship.
Despite of Japan's horrible state after Second World War, they managed to bring
up Japan to its current glorious state. Philippines compared to Japan had
sustained less damage (it was devastating but not as much as the Atomic Bombs
blowing on Japan) but if you look at it today, if not better, they've became
worse. I admire Japanese for standing on their own and becoming who they are
today.
Friendster is an online community where you can gather and add all your friends
and people you know. I had not heard of it either until I came here and had
everyone asking me about it. So I opened an account. I'm not much fond of it
though I just thought you might have an account there but personally I
prefer MT and LiveJournal better. There are plenty of this kind of websites on
W3.
I'm planning to go home on new year. I
cannot wait to see home and my father's family. I really miss them a lot. I can
guess how your sister feels.
Hehehe...When I was on your age I didn't thought of guys much either, in fact I
didn't have any understanding of that until I became 16 or 17. But even then things were foggy and blur to me. I still consider myself
immature in it!

Thanks so much for your feedback on my review - I appreciate it very much ! I
must admit, in submitting it I was a little worried (not just about the length
^_^;) that perhaps I rated it too high - but compared to what I have seen I
really do think I've judged it quite fairly. Though as I stated, my view will
probably change as I'm exposed to more anime x-P
Story: hehe a friend also said that she started watching the first 6 episodes
and she thought it was okay. As I stated, I started watching from 11 - which
basically had nothing happening. If I hadn't seen such promising comments and
the art wasn't as beautiful I would not have continued much further with the
series. I do suggest sticking it out a bit more. Especially when the quartet
head into Europe because I feel that is when the storyline starts to pick up.
Plus, I'm a bit fan of sword fighting and a bit of magic thrown into a fantasy
storyline. So perhaps I'm a little biased in my story rating, but I did enjoy.
Art: Yay! I'm glad you agreed
Actually, I was doing a search on the net (trying to remember what the name of
my first screencap was) and I was surprised to find pictures of the actual
Versailles palace resembles the anime images. That just further impressed me
Voices: I started watching in the dub - is that what you were watching it in? It
doesn't help that the English voice actor for d'Eon is Orphen from Sorcerous
Stabber Orphen. I loved his voice as Orphen - don't like it for d'Eon. I'm not
familiar with Witch Hunter Robin - is it good?
Anyways - thanks again!
Hehehe...You're welcome I'd
seen pictures of Versailles and famous locations in France and specially Paris
before (not personally of course, just in the pictures ) I don't think the art section of your review need revision cos it's already
detailed and very well analyzed. Also the plot summery, it gives the reader
enough info to send him/her watch the anime. You're review is informative so you
don't need to worry about it much.
Witch Hunter Robin goes way back to year 2000, so somehow it can be considered
old. (almost 8 years ago!) As its name says it's about witch craft. To be honest
with you, the characters drawings in Witch Hunter Robin reminds me of Le
Chevalier D'Eon alot. There's also nice drawing on the setting and background.
The plot is similar too, it's mixture of crime, suspense and thrill but with
much deeper concept. It's a nice story but you have to listen carefully and
follow up the episodes otherwise you'll lose the track of events. (Come to think
of it, the story's gloominess is a bit similar to Jigoku Shoujo too! Wow...I'm
connecting everything together!) You can find some wallpapers made for this
anime in the gallery. The atmosphere is gloomy and dark although some of the
events happens in daylight.
I won't make judgments and simply suggest you to watch it.
Personally I liked it a lot. Specially the theme song.
Quote by Mortiferatrinidad156
Yep, she's a Brit, pure Southampton. She was quite young when my abuelos came to
Madrid. My Grandpa( her side ) was a orthodontist at the Hospital de
Cantoblanco( he and Pa got along really well because they're both medical
practitioners, and the fact that they both love bowling...). I think she spent
the whole of secondaria there, before she met Pa at the university...
Well, the person you mentioned has a bit of silmilarities with Pa( he's not that
zealous though ), I guess the discrimination was more apparent then, or maybe I
would feel it a lot more when I'm older, mehh, I sure hope not. Well, some
customs really are different( and a little bit of the cuisine, I love classic
Valencian stuff though ), but then, I'm not really a Catalonian in the
traditional sense, been exposed to a lot of other stuff from my foreigner
friends/acquaintances( I certainly know a lot about Britain than most of my
classmates , would love to travel there someday )...except for the fact that I
when I'm mad or surprised I sometimes switch automatically to Catalan , even when I'm talking to someone doesn't understand it. There have been
quite a controversy about teaching both Spanish and Catalan here at BFIS, I
recall Pa mentioning it, I think some parents were questioning the curriculum
for half-foreigners or students who were not from Barcelona whether or not they
should be taught Catalan at all or just Spanish, but the side for dual language
studies won out in the end, that was before I even attended classes there. I
guess it's a little bit of the prejudice...but so far I haven't felt much of it,
except in some history books( at home, they don't linger on that stuff at
school, if there were any mention of discrimination, it's not quite
pronounced...).
I'm glad you love Zidane too, yeah I'm gonna miss him. You're a fan of
Morientes( my sis loves the guy ), so
you're rooting for Real Madrid, or is it Valencia? RM is on top right now, with
Barcelona at 2nd( I'm split, because I'm a fan of Jordi Codina but I also like
Santiago Ezquerro ),
Villareal is 9-4 so they're up there too this year. What about there in the
Philippines, do people like soccer too, or other sports?
Thanks for the advice on my page( I'm just starting with this HTML stuff, but
I'm enjoying it ),
I'll keep it in mind. I love the thing you said about enjoying life now( I can't
say I'm enjoying it right now, though ), my brother told me something like that(
in one of his rare moments of not being irritating ), he said that I'm such in a hurry to grow up or something like that. Maybe
it's just the way I am, sometimes I feel like I should know a lot of things by
now, and I don't, sometimes I feel frustrated. Even my friends tell me that I
should act a little more for my age...I guess I haven't really noticed
it.
My sis has been away for a while( I really miss her, looking forward to her
coming home for Christmas ), I guess the way you said that, you reminded me of
her( my parents are kinda always busy with work, not that they don't have time,
but just not as much as other people would have...), wah sorry...I'm kinda
blabbering. Thanks and hope to talk to you again( hugs )
I guess I know what you mean. Being half-blooded is not very exciting (my
friends usually think that way ) as others think. You usually get torn in between, specially when the two
sides are in constant conflict with one another.
Nope! Here in the Philippines people don't play football and I guess their not
fond of it either except for private schools of course. But even then, majority
of private school student's here are Filipino-Something too in other words those
who are fond of this game are those who are more exposed to European and western
culture. But that still depends which part of west do you belong to! Philippines
and Filipinos are very much influenced by Americans. Something that I'm very
very against it. I love European culture and customs. They're more laid back,
traditional and disciplined. Hopefully one day I'll have the chance to go there
over seas. Right now the places that I want to visit first are Malaysia,
Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong. Mostly because I love gadgets and computers +
Animes!
Anyways my dad is Half Russian-Turkish and my mom Filipino with Spanish
heritage. My genes are a little bit messed up I guess The situation is not well in middle east although I love the region a lot.
That's why I came here. It was my mom's advice. But honestly, not all those
things that they say on news are true, I tell you. This morning while I was
preparing for school I heard on CNN some nonsenses about Iran's situation. It
pissed me off. They just like to exaggerate in reporting the news. That's why I
cannot believe in what they say anymore. Not only about middle-east but all
around the world. They just seem to be feeding people with whatever they
like.
I'm BIG fan of REAL-MADRID! HAHAHAHA...Yup! Coz all the coolest players are
gathered there. REAL is the Hot Zone! It's
very unfortunate that I cannot watch the games specially World Cup as I used to.
If I'm correct you must be the youngest child of three. I have a younger sister,
she's one year younger than me. Now that you mentioned, I guess it's the best
for you to listen to your siblings advice. And treasure your brother a lot.
Brothers come really handy! I always wish that I had an elder brother to guide
me through things. I've few guy friends that I can fully trust, but still they
cannot replace a guy whose from the same flesh and blood. It's sometimes hard to
be the eldest, cos you'll always feel the weight of responsibility on you
shoulders whether others mention it or not. I guess that's innate within all
elder siblings nature. They automatically feel like they have to protect they
youngest. I get into nasty fights with my sister sometimes but I cannot bear to
see any harm come to her even when I'm blind with madness.
You're special. They
never tell you that because of their pride but inwardly you're very dear to
them. I think you think a lot about maturing mentally. That's a good sign I
used to be that way. But believe me there's nothing special about the age that
I'm in now. Despite of my age, I still know that I don't know many things and it
scares me beyond words. Once I thought I'll know everything when I reach this
age, but right now I think I have a long way to reach my ideals.
Quote by theseekeroftruthhmmm......

One of my worst is if you don't show no effort to understand, I keep going and
hold against you for the lack of effort. (I'm like this with my sister; it's not
a good thing)
Wow! Now I really like your best trait. Lols As
for the worst trait, it depends from whose point of view you're looking at the
situation. If you ask me, that cannot be considered a bad trait since its result
is for good of others. But I agree that it's really frustrating for anyone who's
going to deal with you. You won't give up! That's the only problem!

Interesting, so I would probably recognize a lot of words if ever I visit there
.
I don't suppose he told you that thing about Catalonian ( the English
translation, although in Catalan or Aranese it would be Catalunya or Catalonha )
women being prettier than most Spanish women? My Pa always says that( yet he
married Ma, who is neither Catalonian or Spanish ), but I
guess I'm here to prove it wrong haha. Most likely the difference would be in
the dialect and a little bit of the customs. By the way, was he from Barcelona,
or maybe Tarragona( where they seem to mind the difference with the rest of
Spain more )? Anyway, I can best describe Catalonia as an autonomous state within a
country( according to my history teacher ), so most likely people here tend to
use both Spanish and Catalan( usually at home ), although I never use Catalan in
the net, mainly because it is rare that someone outside of Spain will understand
it .
Hmm, maybe the reason we're alike is because we're both half-something? Oh, and
where in the Middle East did you grow up? I think I would love to learn some
Arabic words( we have quite a number of students from Israel and Syria, I think
in BFIS, most of them upperclassmen ), after French, which could take quite a while.
Thanks for the compliment about my English. I think it was the result of being a
family with three languages and all of them used at some time at home. My verbal
English would be closer to the British variety though, not the American, since
Ma's parents were both from Southampton. I always love it when they visit us
from Madrid at Christmas. Basically, we use Catalan at home or at school( but usually classes are in
Spanish, except the Language classes of course...), but Ma insisted in us
learning English as well, so all three of us ended with three languages( well,
four for me ).
Glad to hear you also love volleyball. I'm a setter for my school team, since
I'm not that tall( maybe I'll grow up more when I'm 18 or 19, so I can be the
attacker ). Other sports I like would be soccer ( I'm a fan of Zinedine Zidane
and Santiago Canizares, among others) and Mexican Boxing( my friends say I'm
tomboy-ish because of this ). I
can't swim yet, but I'm learning to float, maybe I'll take swimming lessons when
school year ends or during the holidays. My cousin Luis though, is a very good
swimmer, he's like a fish( but I tell him he's like a squid
).
Where is your mother form, may I ask? Is she British?
I guess the guy that I used to correspond to belong to Barcelona. From what I
knew he was a very zealous Catolonian. He usually talked about Spaniards wrong
deeds and descrimination. Is it really true? He used to talk about their own
customs, his favorite foods and places he used to travel. The last time that I
heard from him, he was on a trip to Vietnam. Despite of his high blooded and
defensive character, he was a really fun guy to talk with. A very open minded
person that you could talk about anything. I guess the main reason that I got a
long well with him was for his high respect for different nationalities and
cultures.
Unfortunately, I think he's busy now. We lost our contact when I came here to
the Philippines. Ever since I began to study everything in my life changed
course. I don't really like it that much. I prefer to go back the way I used to
be. So cherish every moment of your life now. I promise you once you grow up
you're going to miss these days. And maybe think that you were much wiser and
smarter when you were younger! That's how I feel today! I think despite of
people aging, they tend to become more selfish and childish with their behavior.
It's better to see the world form people on your age.
I love Zidane too!

Hey by the way, I forgot to mention something about you're userpage profile. As
an IT student I give a piece of advice, it's better not to fill and decorate your page with many pictures, songs,
videos and animated objects. It'll be distracting and some how makes your page
look too over accessorized. Keep it simple and sophisticated. Something that
show part of you and who you are. Once you begin to learn you'll understand that
colors, designs and presentations represent peoples ideas and personalities a
lot.
I'm gonna try some of the tips from the tutorials you mentioned, right after
doing my homework, I guess. I know a little bit bout Photoshop, just enough to
not mess up when I'm editing pictures or cleaning sketches, haven't mastered
coloring yet, because my brother " confiscates " the tablet so I'm
always stuck with the mouse^^.
About anime, yeah I pretty much have a tendency towards " not-so girly
" shows, with the exception of really good " girly " ones like Ah
My Goddess or Fruit's Basket. Some of my other faves are Cowboy Bebop( I was
only four years old when it came out...!), Gundam Seed, Hunter X Hunter, Blood
Plus, Witch Hunter Robin, One Piece and The Melancholy of Haruhi
Suzumiya.
By the way, you're from the Philippines, right? I remember a topic in history
class last week about Portugal-Spanish colonies and we had quite a discussion
about Philippines and Cuba. Is it true that most Filipinos today still have
Spanish blood and that we have a lot of similar last names? Do you still use
Spanish as a language? Nee, just curious^^.
About myself, well I'm attending Benjamin Franklin International School in
Barcelona, we live in Eixample District. I'm twelve turning thirteen come
December 9th. My first language is Catalan, then Spanish, Japanese and English.
I'm trying to learn French but as of now, I'm finding it hard. My Pa is a
surgeon, my Ma is a professor at Schiller's. I'm the youngest in the family, my
brother is 21 but is still juvenile ( even if he's in the university now ) and
my sister is six years older than me ( we connect on many things though ), which
explains my premature aging lol ( even my friends tell me that )! My Ma is a
Brit ( she grew up in Madrid though) and Pa is a native of Barcelona, so I'm
basically a " half-blood "( my friend Lucille came up with that, she's
huge Harry Potter fan, and her Pa's German).
Um, what else, I love trying out foreign food, I love cats and mystery novels,
dry humor, drawing stuff and sports ( I'm only good at volleyball though^^). And
anime, lots of it. I'm a moody person, just a little bit. I dislike rude and
arrogant people, prolonged exposure to loud music and being badgered constantly
to audition as a teen model(really, what's up with that, I'm no Ivana Baquero,
I'll just be humiliated, rrrgh). Oh, and
people saying I'm twelve going on thirty( my brother always says that, ohh,
truth hurts, I guess...^^) lol.
Well, that was long. Hopefully we can be friends despite the age difference.
Good luck with your studies ( I sure need it with mine^^) and take care
always!

Yeah that's true, there are Filipinos here who still have Spanish blood. One of
them it's me My
grand mother is Spanish-Filipino. I'm
not familiar with Filipino Language (Tagalog) much, coz I came here three years
ago for my studies. Filipinos do use some Spanish words in their native
language. Such as days of the week, numbers, months, and some words that they
occasionally use in their conversation.
My mother is a Filipino so that's why I decided to study here. My other half is
Russian-Turkish but I grew up in middle east. By the way, you speak English well
Once few years ago I came across with a Spanish guy on the internet and we
correspond for few months. I used to teach him Arabic words! ^_^ Since his
sister (I guess she was a journalist) was working in Lebanon. His language was
Catalan too and he used to tell me about the differences between Catalonians (is
this the correct term to use for someone who's from Catalonia? :hmp: ) and
Spaniards.
I guess we share a lot of things whether in anime or sports. I also like
Volleyball but not until I took its class few semesters ago. Never thought it
can be so interesting. I love swimming too I
love floating in water...Just like a fish .

Hope you're doing fine. Thanks for the response to my thread:).
Well, looks like we have a lot in common with our preferred anime series, glad I
found another girl fan of Samurai Champloo! We really are hard to come by^^.
Although I've yet to watch as much shows as you do, but I think I'm on my way to
"anime addiction " too!
I love the color scheme of your userpage, by the way, very relaxing. How do you
change that? I'm a bit clueless when it comes to HTML. Can you give me some
codes, you know so I can create a mini profile like yours with embedded images
and stuff. Oh, and how can you embed video or a song playlist like imeem on your
page. Thanks in advance^^!
Before I go, can I add you to my friendlist? Take care always, I'll keep in
touch.
Greetings and advanced Feliz Navidad from Barcelona!

Hey! It's very nice to hear that you have the same taste in anime as I
do. It seems that there are plenty of Samurai Champloo fans around here
that I didn't know.
About the color scheme, you have to click on Control Panel Link and go to Skin Builder. There you will have to input
Hexadecimal code of the colors in order to have your desired color scheme. Keep
in mind though to keep a good and considerable amount of contrast between
background and texts so that it can be easily distinguished. If you want to have
a picture background you have to create it via Photo-shop or Paint-Shop. There's
a tutorial link on the top provided by exentric. and belmikry.
You can even ask your questions of problems from them by posting it on their
tutorial thread.
The content of my page is a very basic HTML code click here. It contains all the info you
need about HTML.
Hope that this could help you.

Spams and spaming are things that I take very seriously as a computer student.
Computer folks are not much fond of it! Except for those who enjoy it (!) of course.
I guess I like the simple "Hi" better! So, hi Alden! (I wonder what did you want to talk about! )
I don't know. Maybe what animes you like. After checking out yer page, I'm
surprised a girl likes the anime "Samurai Champloo". I've only known
boy fans of the that particular series. I'm one of them. I really like Mugen and
Jin rivalry. They fight and no one wins. And then when they see each other
again, they continue to fight. Fuu is like the only character who can stop them
from killing each other. I found it a hilarious anime. Word.

Oh. Gundam Wing rocked too! Heero is the best pilot
period.
Eh! Now that's an interesting thing to talk about! I guess it's because I'm
hanging out with a anime-addict guy alot (not my boyfriend). You can't imagine
how many times the two of us just sat, watched, laughed and analyzed Samurai
Champloo. It's really fun to watch these things with guys. They pay attention to
details and sometimes explain things that you barely pay attention to. Other
than that, Samurai Champloo is very unique. I like it's ironical hints and
presentation.
My next shot will definitely be Cowboy Bebop. Can you imagine I have not watch
that. My friend said Samurai Champloo is much more interesting thatn Bebop, yet,
I'm curious to know what's this anime's all about. The humor and irony for sure
is going to be there too.
As for Gundam Wing I have to say it's OVA rocked more. I don't know if you have
watched Endless Waltz. The presenation, despite of it's antiquity today (!), is
much better. You cannot, possibly comapre Wing with SEED (Forget about DESTINTY!
I really did NOT like it) yet I believe it all started with Wing. These two were
oddly similar yet different and unique. No other gundam movie or anime has
attaracted me like they have. (Well, aside Macross which cannot be considered a
Gundam )
By the way, English is my second language, so pardon me for dication and grammar
errors. I just type what comes in my mind! Sometime I really suck and cannot
find an equal word to express what I want to say.

You're welcome.

Yes, he was carrying her to their family tomb. It was Saya's demand 'cause when she woke up at the beginning of the series she came out of that tomb. That was the place where her adoptive father, George Miyagusuku, used to keep her cocoon hidden. But it doesn't mean that she's dead. She'll be sleeping there until her hibernation is through and she wakes up again.
Saya was sad mainly because she was not going to see her family and dear ones for another 30 years. (I would feel the same if I were in her shoes.
)
Read Here. It will give you all information you need about Blood+ Characters. And also bellow which is part of Saya's character discription.
Spoiler:
Shortly after her return to Okinawa, Saya goes into her 30 year hibernation period, and Kai along with Diva's children watch over her as she sleeps in the Miyagusuku family grave. Haji had also visited, leaving a fresh pink rose with a ribbon at the grave.
(Highlight the texts!)
This post is regarding what you send on Blood+ guestbook earlier. Saya did not die in the end. I don't know what made you think that way. But she definitely did not die. If paid attention to what was mentioned throughout the series, specially by characters themselves (I remember Kai, Mao, and Saya clearly) that Say's Hibernation was nearing. It was also pointed as one important reason that she selpt more often near the end and lost energy so quickly in battles (aside her refusal to drink Blood). Hope that that could help you. So don't feel bad about it anymore.
Saya
is very much alive and so it Haji.
Hi there
But we did had our fun too!
We
went shop hunting!
I like girl's who can adopt and cope with their boyfriend [finance, or husband's] family well. It needs effort but the outcome is usually good
I'm not much familiar with traditions here. If you wish to know about the Filipino traditions I advise you to ask our pure Filipino members. They'll be able to give you better answers. I think Protestants celebrate Christmas & New Year just like us. Cos regardless of their differences with Catholics, they're still Christians and believe in pretty much the same things as Catholics do.
My class started just today. Can you imagine?! It's Jan. 2nd and I have class. I had a meeting with our adviser. I couldn't get lazy. This is dead serious and don't wish to take it easy. Next year by this time I'll be a graduating student with no worries about thesis and projects! Hehe...
A modest and cozy new year...maybe
that's what I need right now
Hi there
Sorry for delay! Belated Merry Christmas and Advance Happy New Year
How's your holidays? Hope that you have a wonderful time with your family and
friends. See you around.
Yup! Philippine is very much like Hawaii & Puerto Rico, in fact at some point in the history of the Philippines, Americans even suggested to have this country as one of their states, which of course Filipinos refused. Majority of Filipinos are Catholic, a very zealous type to be more correct. I really don't agree with many social norms here in the Philippines, one of them is being religious. I don't know about your personal beliefs so I won't make any judgments or insist on this issue. One thing's for sure though, I don't like to be restricted with some ancient beliefs. (That's what I always tell myself. That's it's the the twenty first century and I have a brain in my skull that works properly, so I can think and seek my answers. (!))
I don't know how familiar you are with the history of the Philippines (I guess as much as its connected to Spanish history) but after Philippines independence, Filipinos went under Japanese rule for sometime during WW2. So I cannot say that they have much influence on the Philippines. But one things for sure Japanese deserve a lot of compliments and admiration for their persistences and hardship. Despite of Japan's horrible state after Second World War, they managed to bring up Japan to its current glorious state. Philippines compared to Japan had sustained less damage (it was devastating but not as much as the Atomic Bombs blowing on Japan) but if you look at it today, if not better, they've became worse. I admire Japanese for standing on their own and becoming who they are today.
Friendster is an online community where you can gather and add all your friends and people you know. I had not heard of it either until I came here and had everyone asking me about it. So I opened an account. I'm not much fond of it though
I just thought you might have an account there but personally I
prefer MT and LiveJournal better. There are plenty of this kind of websites on
W3.
I'm planning to go home on new year.
I
cannot wait to see home and my father's family. I really miss them a lot. I can
guess how your sister feels.
Hehehe...When I was on your age I didn't thought of guys much either, in fact I didn't have any understanding of that until I became 16 or 17.
But even then things were foggy and blur to me. I still consider myself
immature in it!
Hehehe...You're welcome
I'd
seen pictures of Versailles and famous locations in France and specially Paris
before (not personally of course, just in the pictures
) I don't think the art section of your review need revision cos it's already
detailed and very well analyzed. Also the plot summery, it gives the reader
enough info to send him/her watch the anime. You're review is informative so you
don't need to worry about it much.
Witch Hunter Robin goes way back to year 2000, so somehow it can be considered old. (almost 8 years ago!) As its name says it's about witch craft. To be honest with you, the characters drawings in Witch Hunter Robin reminds me of Le Chevalier D'Eon alot. There's also nice drawing on the setting and background. The plot is similar too, it's mixture of crime, suspense and thrill but with much deeper concept. It's a nice story but you have to listen carefully and follow up the episodes otherwise you'll lose the track of events. (Come to think of it, the story's gloominess is a bit similar to Jigoku Shoujo too! Wow...I'm connecting everything together!) You can find some wallpapers made for this anime in the gallery. The atmosphere is gloomy and dark although some of the events happens in daylight.
I won't make judgments and simply suggest you to watch it.
Personally I liked it a lot. Specially the theme song.
I guess I know what you mean. Being half-blooded is not very exciting (my friends usually think that way
) as others think. You usually get torn in between, specially when the two
sides are in constant conflict with one another.
Nope! Here in the Philippines people don't play football and I guess their not fond of it either except for private schools of course. But even then, majority of private school student's here are Filipino-Something too in other words those who are fond of this game are those who are more exposed to European and western culture. But that still depends which part of west do you belong to! Philippines and Filipinos are very much influenced by Americans. Something that I'm very very against it. I love European culture and customs. They're more laid back, traditional and disciplined. Hopefully one day I'll have the chance to go there over seas. Right now the places that I want to visit first are Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong. Mostly because I love gadgets and computers + Animes!
Anyways my dad is Half Russian-Turkish and my mom Filipino with Spanish heritage. My genes are a little bit messed up I guess
The situation is not well in middle east although I love the region a lot.
That's why I came here. It was my mom's advice. But honestly, not all those
things that they say on news are true, I tell you. This morning while I was
preparing for school I heard on CNN some nonsenses about Iran's situation. It
pissed me off. They just like to exaggerate in reporting the news. That's why I
cannot believe in what they say anymore. Not only about middle-east but all
around the world. They just seem to be feeding people with whatever they
like.
I'm BIG fan of REAL-MADRID! HAHAHAHA...Yup! Coz all the coolest players are gathered there. REAL is the Hot Zone!
It's
very unfortunate that I cannot watch the games specially World Cup as I used to.
If I'm correct you must be the youngest child of three. I have a younger sister, she's one year younger than me. Now that you mentioned, I guess it's the best for you to listen to your siblings advice. And treasure your brother a lot. Brothers come really handy! I always wish that I had an elder brother to guide me through things. I've few guy friends that I can fully trust, but still they cannot replace a guy whose from the same flesh and blood. It's sometimes hard to be the eldest, cos you'll always feel the weight of responsibility on you shoulders whether others mention it or not. I guess that's innate within all elder siblings nature. They automatically feel like they have to protect they youngest. I get into nasty fights with my sister sometimes but I cannot bear to see any harm come to her even when I'm blind with madness.
You're special.
They
never tell you that because of their pride but inwardly you're very dear to
them. I think you think a lot about maturing mentally. That's a good sign
I
used to be that way. But believe me there's nothing special about the age that
I'm in now. Despite of my age, I still know that I don't know many things and it
scares me beyond words. Once I thought I'll know everything when I reach this
age, but right now I think I have a long way to reach my ideals.
Hey do you have friendster account by the way?
Wow! Now I really like your best trait. Lols
Where is your mother form, may I ask? Is she British?
I guess the guy that I used to correspond to belong to Barcelona. From what I knew he was a very zealous Catolonian. He usually talked about Spaniards wrong deeds and descrimination. Is it really true? He used to talk about their own customs, his favorite foods and places he used to travel. The last time that I heard from him, he was on a trip to Vietnam. Despite of his high blooded and defensive character, he was a really fun guy to talk with. A very open minded person that you could talk about anything. I guess the main reason that I got a long well with him was for his high respect for different nationalities and cultures.
Unfortunately, I think he's busy now. We lost our contact when I came here to the Philippines. Ever since I began to study everything in my life changed course. I don't really like it that much. I prefer to go back the way I used to be. So cherish every moment of your life now. I promise you once you grow up you're going to miss these days. And maybe think that you were much wiser and smarter when you were younger! That's how I feel today! I think despite of people aging, they tend to become more selfish and childish with their behavior. It's better to see the world form people on your age.
I love Zidane too!
Ronaldo's of both Brazil and Portugal are also my two other favorites. But
